2024-8-21  It is reported  28 plants of silane production are planed or already completed in China. and the total capacity of silane gas manufactured will be up to 200,000 metric tons . This is a quite large quantity if wholly finished in two years'  time. It is estimated, up to now, the capacity of silane production is 30,000 tons yearly.
