A strategic parter of Tianjin Smuumit Speciality Gases has completed its construction of gases' plant in Hebei Province ,  starting to produce the high purity  gases of arsine and phosphine (AsH3, PH3) , which are key components in the semiconductor 's  process. The total capacity of two gases are up to 500 metric tons each year, playing an important part in the international market.
